All conference attendees must complete their registration following the information in the fee table shown in this same section. In the event that a speaker presents more than one paper as a co-author, they will be eligible for a discount for each additional paper.

* Student: Participants must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program and have valid student identification, such as a university card. After formalizing the registration, each student must send proof of their current student status. In addition, they must present their university card at the conference welcome desk (registration desk).
** Accompanying person: The person registered as an accompanying person will have the following benefits: the welcome reception and access to social events and the gala dinner. They will not be able to access the scientific meetings.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee (regular rate, IABIoMed society member and student) includes:
- Welcome reception.
- Admission to all scientific meetings.
- Accepted regular and short papers will be included with their own DOI in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI). Accepted poster papers will also be published in Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) grouped under the same DOI. Accepted breakthroughs papers will be published in CEUR.
- Access to coffee breaks.
- Access to lunches throughout the event (lunch only; dinner is not included, except for the gala dinner).
- Social events.
- Access to the gala dinner.
