Important dates

Special tracks are intended to address specific areas of research within the scope of the conference. Interested parties are invited to propose special tracks organised around current issues with potential scientific or technological impact related to the conference topics. Proposals should include a description of the topic, the objectives and possible participants.

Notification of acceptance of the special tracks will be sent to the coordinators of the selected proposals. This acceptance will imply the inclusion of the special track in the official programme of the conference, subject to the receipt of sufficient contributions from the participants.

Authors interested in participating in the conference should submit their papers (regular, breakthroughs and posters) before the indicated date. Original works that fit the conference themes or any of the approved thematic sessions will be evaluated. The contributions will be evaluated by the scientific committee through peer review.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance, revision or rejection of their papers (regular, breakthroughs and posters) following the peer review process.

Accepted papers (regular, breakthroughs and posters) must be submitted in their final version (camera-ready) before the indicated date. This version must incorporate all corrections suggested during the review process and strictly comply with the formatting guidelines established for publication.
